HOW TO APPLY TO VEND 

VENDOR SPACES FOR 2024 (DEC. 7 & 8) WILL OPEN ON JULY 1ST, 2024. On July 1st, a link to the Vendor Application will be posted here and on our social media sites. 

We do not keep a list of vendors that we contact for our events. All vendors must reply to the Vendor Call when announced.

KEEP IT CREEPY  The market is intended for vendors to sell horror-inspired, gothic and dark-related themes only. Vendors will not be approved if their merchandise doesn't fit in these themes. No food vendors are allowed at this venue.

TO SIGN UP  Returning and New vendors will fill out the Vendor Application to apply to vend. We sell spaces on a first-come-first serve-basis. Payment is due after 7 days of approval. Non-payment after 7 days will result in cancelling of your application. Please do not fill out the application if you are not ready to pay. 

ONCE YOU SUBMIT  After you fill out the form, we will process your application. Please give us up to 72 hours to respond. If you are a Returning vendor your merch is already approved. If you are a New Vendor, you will need to go through the approval process. In this case we will ask for links to your work or pictures.

Electricity is an additional price. Table and chair rentals available.

All prices are for the entire weekend.

No refunds given unless event is cancelled.
