BLOOD OVER TEXAS (B.O.T) is a horror event production company located in Austin, Texas. Over the years we have produced several successful annual events and are dead-icated to keeping them alive and kicking. We are always conjuring up new ideas and strive to produce Austin’s best and most unique horror events.

To unite horror enthusiasts, in and around Austin, by creating unique horror events made to get horror fiends out of their lairs and out into the community. In addition, our goal is to support and showcase people and local businesses who contribute to the local horror community. We produce horror events in to support the horror scene in Austin and Central Texas.

OUR STORY

Blood Over Texas was started by our Evil Overlord, Bunny Voodoo, in 2011 as a community and membership-based group with the goal to promote the horror scene in Austin, Texas. Bringing together local businessess, artists, performers and horror fans was always the mission. As it is today.

Back then, BOT had a website with interviews and spotlights on people and projects in the local scene, a visitors guide to dark places to visit and an calendar of events. Members were able to sign up at events in our Book Of The Dead and received a monthly newsletter that included discounts to local businesses.

After putting together a strong team in 2014, the events multiplied. For several years, during that time, there was a monthly podcast called Blood Over Texas Radio. It was a more of a variety show with special guests from the community, trivia, drinking games and general shenanigans.

It was a a lot a lot of fun and a lot of work. For sanity reasons, Miss Voodoo, decided to focus on what really brought the community together ... events.

Over the years, BOT has brought together so many great people together and has brought so much joy to this evil pack we call, Our Horror Family. We hope to see you at one of our events soon!
