Fright Gallery is the largest and longest running dark art pop-up in Austin. Our goal is to offer local horror and dark artists an opportunity to showcase their work in a gallery-like setting. This one night only event is not to be missed for lovers of the genre.

Musician Bradley Bills of CHANT will perform live music for the Visual Presentation and for the Live Art Set.
Chant is a tribal-industrial-art-rock project created by Bradley Bills. He has been performing and touring as Chant for over 20 years and has toured the US and Europe supporting KMFDM, Lords of Acid, and Die Krupps — to name just a few. He has also been a guest drummer offering his drumming skills to notable industrial bands; Die Krupps, My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult, The Skatenigs, Pigface and Pig.

The special horror visual presentation will be live-scored by our musical guest. Take a seat and watch the visuals on the big screen.
"EVOLUTION"
A taste of horror cinema from the beginning to present. While it is impossible to cover the vast world of horror in a 45 minute set, this presentation will give you a taste of how the genre has grown over the years. From the early days of silent film to the current spectacle of high def, the set is sure to entertain and surprise many horror fans. Both the die hard horror fans and those that occasionally dip their toes is the dark waters of horror.

LIVE ART DEMONSTRATION
The Live Art presentation will feature multiple artists showing at the gallery. During a timed 30-munte set, the artists will conjure up a piece of art while the audience watches and listens to the live score provided by our musical guest. This mesmerizing presentation is one of the most unique experiences to watch.

What are your phobias? What makes your skin crawl? What haunts you? Several artists from the gallery have submitted a piece to this special showcase based on "phobias." Located on the second floor, come see their visions and read their stories. If you dare.

"HOUSE OF DOLLS"
Our professional photographer, Andrew Gamble, will be taking haunting photos of you and your fiends for a special keepsake from the gallery. This year we present "HOUSE OF DOOLS." A "room" of dolls in a vintage-styled photo set with a sepia toned photo. Digital photos will be uploaded after the event. The info for getting your photo will be given at the event.
Photos are free. Tips to our photographer are greatly appreciated.
